From Idea to a New Fireplace in 4 Easy Steps

1. Free advice and model selection

First, we help you choose the right fireplace insert, tailored to your wishes, spatial limitations, and heating needs.

If you opt for installation, we conduct a free on-site visit throughout Slovenia, where we advise on model selection and check the chimney and connection possibilities. Based on the visit, we prepare an installation offer.

2. Installation and connection to the chimney in one day

When purchasing with installation, our experts ensure proper placement, connection to the chimney, and safe operation of the fireplace insert.

3. Masonry Work

After installation, the fireplace insert typically needs to be enclosed with masonry according to your wishes. We do not perform the masonry work ourselves, so you need to arrange for another contractor to do it or perform it yourself.

4. Support and service

After purchase, we are at your disposal for any questions and further information. Warranty repairs and servicing are usually handled by the manufacturers’ authorised service centres.

We only work with proven manufacturers with good feedback on service and spare parts availability.

If you decide to INSTALL your fireplace yourself, we will provide you with free advice, all the necessary connections
(by arrangement) and the possibility of having the fireplace delivered to your address.

Is another Type of Stove more Suitable for Me?

Need to Load Wood

Unlike pellet stoves, where fuel is automatically dispensed, wood-burning stoves require regular manual loading of wood.

Regular Cleaning Required

Fireplace inserts require regular cleaning of ash and glass, as soot is released during combustion. The chimney needs to be regularly maintained to prevent soot buildup and ensure safe use.

Manual Combustion Control

Most models require manual adjustment of the air supply for optimal combustion, which requires some adaptation and experience.

Need for Manual Wood Loading

As with classic fireplace stoves, regular manual loading of wood is required. Pellet inserts are an exception.

Higher Investment

The total investment cost (insert purchase and masonry work) is usually higher than when choosing a freestanding fireplace stove.
