Based on the inspection, we prepare an installation offer that includes all necessary connections and additional elements (glass or metal base, air intake preparation, etc.).
2. Installation and connection to the chimney in one day
When you buy a stove with installation, our experts will make sure that it is installed correctly, connected to the chimney and that it is safe to use.
After completing the installation, we perform an operational test (if feasible) and familiarize you with the instructions for proper use, cleaning, and maintenance.
3. Support and Service
After purchase, we are at your disposal for any questions and further information. Warranty repairs and servicing are usually handled by the manufacturers’ authorised service centres.
